WasteSide is the digital software solution for integrating sustainability into the core of everyday behavior. Complete challenges, take a photo, collect points – with positive incentives and gamification, we raise awareness and motivate environmentally friendly behavior. We are already monetizing this with over 2,000 users at Leibniz University Hannover.
You:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to introduce our products/services, identify their needs, and close sales opportunities.
Your primary goal will be to generate new leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this position. Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is a plus.
Salary:
Compensation is success-based, offering an hourly wage plus company equity in case of success.
